Bees play and essential role in agriculture. 30% of plant crops are pollinated by bees including most of our fruits, vegetables, nuts, spices, chocolate and coffee. Farmers rely on bees to provide the best pollination for their companion plants.
The bee highway is the product of an old fence that Ron took elements of to make a bird house which turned into the bee highway. You can watch the bees bring back local pollen from the garden.
The bees moved in and never had their honey touched. We love to see them thrive and multiply. The bees are very special to us. We leave them beeee unharmed as they continue their work.
